Staff surveys

Annual surveys of staff have been found to benefit companies by providing regular feedback on staff satisfaction over a period of time.  Our team have worked at up to Main Board level with major organisations and we can offer a customised service that may include:

  • Survey of all personnel via paper questionnaire/email/Opinionmeter
  • Structured interviews with department heads
  • Focus groups

Workplace surveys

The information required depends on the needs of the company at the time.  If building work is proposed then the emphasis is likely to be on space utilization and analysis of existing facilities within the building.  It would also be important to understand staff expectations about the building work and any concerns they have about the changes. Where a move to new premises is being planned it is useful to get staff feedback on what they particularly like/dislike about the present building and what their present concerns/hopes are for the new building.

Health and safety surveys

Health and Safety are obviously of prime importance to companies of all sizes. Staff concerns can be monitored through a staff survey or, if required, a separate in depth survey can be conducted using a specialist software package.
